This type of survey is bespoke and thorough typically more suited to complex property, or property that has been extended and altered from its original design and footprint.  We often recommend this survey for more grand, older historic/listed properties or neglected property in poor repair condition, often requiring significant remedial work.

Similar to our Home Purchase Report, this report covers external and internal parts of the building, the services and the site describing the construction make up, its condition etc. but in far greater detail together with performance characteristics.  The report concentrates more on the structural shell of a property. The survey includes photographs to illustrate defect areas and problems.
