WHY HAVE A SURVEY?

It is easy to dismiss the need for a survey.  When buying a home it is often the last thing on your to do list, however a home purchase is likely to be the most important and significant purchase you will make.

All buyers should have an understanding of any significant problems with the property they are purchasing.  The seller has no liability when a property is purchased. Surveys help minimise the risk of committing to a property that turns out to be in a poor serviceable condition. Seeking the opinion of a professionally qualified Chartered Surveyor, before you purchase your property is the best way to ensure your investment for the future.

A survey can actually save you money.  If there are signficant problems, this can potentially allow you to renegotiate the purchase price to reflect the cost of necessary remedial repairs required.  Quite often the vendor is unaware of the faults which are found.

It is equally as important to have a Survey even if you not having a mortgage to protect your investment.

We offer a personal, friendly, professional tailored service which is regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

WHICH SURVEY?

The Surveyor will be happy to discuss which Survey would be the most appropriate based on the age and general condition of the property but a detailed description can be found in TYPES OF SURVEYS
