This report provides an overview of the condition of the property. All findings are detailed in the report and any action points are noted for further inspection where required. The Surveyor will also offer maintenance advise and an Insurance rebuild cost.

The report covers external and internal parts of the building, the services and the site, describing the accommodation, construction make up, its general condition and what if any, the scope of remedial action required and timescales. The HPR includes photographs to illustrate defect areas and problems.
